    River Roast is inspired by the location and the distinctive roasting techniques used to create the menu’s three main entrees: chicken, beef and fish. Chef Tony Mantuano has tapped celebrated Chicago Chef John Hogan to serve as executive chef and the two work in tandem to develop a diverse collection of shareable plates that may start the meal or accompany the main entrees. There is a focus on dramatic presentations of roasted meats and fish.
